About Us

The Yackandandah Community Education Network (YCEN) is located in the Community Centre in High Street, Yackandandah, and is managed by a Committee of Management, staff and local volunteers. The Community Centre is a Neighbourhood House, and we provide support for a variety of community activities in a relaxing and friendly environment. We source local tutors wherever possible for our courses.

YCEN is part of a vibrant a network of more than 520 learning centres and neighbourhood houses run by locally elected committees of management. They offer a great range of courses, including business and technical skills, literacy and English language courses, access and tertiary preparation courses, general adult education and cultural classes.
